AOT-MSK-AFA-MC400 is a versatile R2R coating system that can adopt various coating heads such as reverse comma blade, Doctor Blade, Slot Die, and Micro Gravure and Tape Casting. An optional length, single or multiple zones convection drying oven with independent temperature programming is implemented for efficient slurry curing. Optional standard drying oven and curved drying oven length (1 meter, 1.5 meters, 2 meters) and quantity (1 section, 2 sections, 3 sections, etc.), feeding device, NMP monitoring, box pressure monitoring, NMP treatment, etc.

 

Functional Features

Series products can be equipped with coating methods, drying methods, and functional modules according to needs. This machine is equipped with extrusion coating and transfer coating functions;

Switching the coating function by changing the winding method is convenient to operate;

Extrusion coating:

1. Slot die extrusion coating has high coating accuracy and good consistency.

2. Multiple coating die heads can be configured to adapt to different coating parameters.

3. Closed loop adjustment of mold position, with good positioning accuracy.

4. The slurry operates in a closed manner without external parameter interference.

5. Continuous coating, intermittent coating, stripe coating, and grid coating can be achieved by configuring intermittent valve bodies and gaskets.

Transfer coating:

1. A wider coating window, suitable for various coating scenarios, especially in the early research and development stage.

2. It can achieve continuous and intermittent coating.

3. Measurement with comma scraper, electric adjustment of scraper height, high coating accuracy.

4. Manually adjust the coating width.

Substrate tension control, stable tape running, and roll correction during unwinding and unwinding;

Hot air oven, double-sided blowing on both sides, with high-quality drying effect;
