The all-in-one battery extrusion and needle punching machine is suitable for simulating the situation that the battery is squeezed and needled when using, transporting, storing or disposing of household waste.

The extrusion direction of the extrusion test should follow the following rules: a battery is only squeezed once, and the battery is qualified if it does not explode or fire.

1. For cylindrical batteries, the longitudinal axis of the extrusion battery should be parallel to the two flat plates of the extrusion device;

2. Square and pouch cell batteries, only squeeze the wide side of the battery;

3. Coin cell or button cell batteries are squeezed so that the upper and lower planes of the battery are parallel to the flat plate.
