1.The first is an understanding of the digital factory process.
Its speed depends on the quality requirements of lithium batteries. Because lithium battery safety is greatly affected by moisture and metal impurities. The digital factory process will be faster only if the safety problem is solved and the risks caused by the battery fire can be fully controlled and prevented.
2.The second is the exploration of the digital factory process.
It may take about three years for a digital factory to be perfect. There are two key issues. The first is the type of data collected. How much is enough? The second is how deep is the data collected? To solve it, the preset digital model must be sufficient, the digital simulation results must be highly realistic, and some performance parameters like the battery must be able to be collected.
3.Finally, the data inspection upload of the digital factory process.
Vision is essentially a sensor that converts detected product information, data, etc., and then uploads it to the database of a digital factory through MES.
