AOT-MSK-UW-D2000W Ultrasonic Metal (Battery Tab) Welding Machine, compatible with pre welding and final welding of battery cells. The battery cells and tab are manually placed into the fixture, and the fixture is manually slid to the welding station to achieve welding. The equipment includes units such as material sensing, pole tab welding, and dust removal. After welding (30 layers of copper foil), the tensile strength is ≥ 130N, and the welding residue rate is>80%. We can customize the size of solder joints, single tab cell fixtures, or double pin tab cell fixtures according to customer requirements.
